Pretty clear, but ever-so-slightly hazy copper and light bronze coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that caps the beer at a single centimetre in height. Aroma of allspice, coriander seed, nutmeg, light canella and a ton of lactose and creamy, milky notes with some bread here from the yeast as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive creamy, lactosey and especially milky flavours and body shows up, much more of a cream ale than anything else, with some additional vanilla pods, coupled with a bunch of nice spice elements of allspice, nutmeg, canella and coriander seed with some cardamom even here, but deep and pungent, in terms of spices. Aftertaste shows mostly a creamy, pretty easy-drinking, flavourful, milky beer with a lot of vanilla, lactose, spice notes, but the creaminess and malt qualities reign supreme here. Overall, a pretty nice, very true-to-the-name beer, with a lot of milky, creamy and lactosey notes with a bunch of vanilla, spices and sugars here as well, that make this go down pretty easily, but full-of-flavour. Great to sample, especially in the season and recommended to others, should you be able to find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Glen Ro Spirit Shoppe in Monroe, Connecticut on 05-September-2022 for US$2,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on Day #16 of my [self-created] 2022 Advent Calendar, on 19-December-2022 (I'm a few days back).

16 oz. can. Flavor has mild fruit, soft pine, and some herb. It doesn’t get overly sweet but there’s definitely a honey and sugar sweetness. The flavor is kind of all over the place. The positive is the booze is not really noticed.

16 oz can. Aroma has Cocoa powder and mild roast. A little earthy. Flavor is chocolate in three forms: melted, earthy nibs, baking. Body is appropriate for the style with a dry roasted finish. Quite easily the best beer I’ve had from this brewery.

16 oz can. Aroma shows a good amount of pine with grapefruit rind. The flavor has very little fruit. Perhaps stone fruit or melon been a very mild malt backbone. Hate to say it BUT this is just way to pine resin forward. Reminds me of a West Coast style IPA which nobody’s really drinking in 2021. Or should I say, I am not.
