Pours extremely hazy yellow with a thick lacing white puffy head. Aroma of misc orange. Taste has heavy grain and resin. Palate has woody notes, more resin, heavy and lingering wine must. Good.

Pour is a super light blonde with a large white head. Aroma is not much at all. Very light whiff of some neutral malt and that is it. Flavor is about as exciting as the aroma. Some odd coconut is left on the tongue. This was way light all around.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: pours black and remains black in the glass with a one finger tan foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace

Flavor: sweet nutty to sweet chocolatey with the vanilla sweetness stuffed in the middld; finishes with the vanilla, chocolate and pistachios
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: a very nicely done impy stout I would welcome again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, citrusy hops, coriander, light orange sweetness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a fine sweet to slight spicy quality; finishes with the wheat and citrus
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but some prickly spice hitting the tongue as I suspected it would
Overall: might be a good one in the Summer next to my grill or take cans fishing.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: citrusy, floral, some berries, dankiness, tropical fruits and candied mangoes
Flavor: meshes all the prior noted aromas together bittersweetly and follows through in the aftertaste which is super light
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, very smooth along my tongue, finishes tropical fruity with some juiciness
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA well worthy of returning to.

16 oz can. Aroma is grapefruit, orange, cracker malt. Taste shows a bold amount of grapefruit, orange and tangerine to go along with a steady amount of pine. No obnoxious resin. The fruit still gives it a big juicy character. Nice.

Can shared by Steve. Opaque, inky black, nice viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong, roasted coffee, chocolate (like Dunkin' Donuts coffee and/or chocolate cruller). Taste resembles aroma with strong, sweet coffee, chocolate and late maple. Smooth, thick texture, full bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste. No sign of alcohol--danger, Will Robinson! This is really delicious. Sweet, without being cloying. I really hope they put this year's version in a barrel to try! Take something great and make it even better!
