Canned 8/22/25, drunk 11/1/25. As pictured.

Funky as hell. Earthy and full of mineral. Malty and full of pineapple, unripe papaya.
Soft and malty with white bread and pineapple. Juicy and tropical. Very yeasty. Estery, fruity, etc...lightly bitter. Bit of mineral.

Bottle pour from the brewery. Maple syrup/cola brown, ring of head. Aroma is strong, nice bourbon, fig. Taste is sweet malt, bourbon, red wine, raisin. Smooth, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nice elements are here, though could be stronger.

Canned 8/14/25, drunk 10/31/25.
Heavily hazy, pale, brass-maize-golden. Big, rocky, dense, off-white head.
Earthy pineapple and other, more dry tropical fruits with big, chalky mineral and soft white bread from the malt (some cracker too). Nice and aromatic, robust, clean. Big, estery yeast.
Soft and juicy with drying dry hop and lots of chalky mineral. Quite attenuated, but it's lower bitterness so not problematic. Some crackery malt comes forth quite prominently. Just a touch drier and yeastier than I'd like. Not much softness/deepness of texture or juice of which to speak.

Canned 6/12/25, purchased from the brewery 10/24/25, drunk 10/27/25.
Heavily hazy, soupy blonde-brass. Small, dense, off-white head.
Nose is big, big yeast ester with a mild lemongrass and no sign of allium. Soft, cakey malts and lingering spice on the end. Almost a vanilla tinge to it.
Soft and moderately sweet with a mild spiciness. Obviously this must have lost some pep in its step from the 4 months its aged, but at least this came from the cooler. It's certainly clean and lightly juicy with deep malts. Maybe could be a hint more dry, but again, I'm sure it's lost some bitterness and acidity over time so I'll give it a bit of a pass.

Brewery draught, 10/24/25.
As pictured.
Tart, zesty, juicy strawberry. Low acidity, don't get much cactus. Soft, mildly sweet malts.
Soft and juicy with a fair bit of lactose though it's not so much dirty as it is sweet. Soft vanilla and lots of juicy, tart strawberry. Chewy, creamy texture with no excessive sweetness. Getting a white chocolate character lingering. Pretty standard kettle sour.

Brewery draught, 10/24/25.
Pale brass-golden. Moderately hazy. Small, white head.
Light and fruity with a clean, mildly estery yeast and soft wheat and light cracker gently balancing from malt. Zesty citrus is refreshing and crisp.
Zesty, juicy, lightly floral with yellow gummy fruit and lots of mildly succulent white bread-like malt. Interesting and different, with wheat softening things and lowering the intensity. Clean and very drinkable with ample but not overdone, limey bitterness.

Brewery draught, 10/24/25.
As pictured.
Light and fruity with some crisp yeast. Herbs, lemongrass and a touch of mild citrus. Mildly bready malts without much richness but a good aromatic strength of rustic grain. Clean.
Much, much maltier than the nose lets on. Rich, deep buttercream and toffee with light, peppery bitterness and lingering gooey bread and honey. Dries out nicely on the finish but remains nice and malty. Interesting take and very drinkable and flavorful. Hops give a nice old world impression with elements of new, without going overboard on the new.
