Can. Slightly cloudy pale orange with a small white head. Aroma of oranges, bracken, crackers, hints of cheese, oak. More grainy and bready than expected. Light bodied with old lime and just a little acidity. Lowish bitterness with some bracken as well as oak at the end. Absurdly drinkable.

Tap at Amager Bryghus. Clear light golden. Pretty, funky, sour. Front heavy, fizzy, then oily. A nice sour, with funky notes. Not undrinkable.

Light gushing to white head, fast reduced to rim over clear golden beer, lightly carbonated. Brettanomyces, vinous nose, small white wine grapes. Vinous à souhait ; wild yeasts if very held-back. Again white grapes, floral, stonefruit as unripe nectarine or peach. Some discreet rootspice. Light body, sparkling pearling carbonation, grapejuice-slick. Amazing beer. Top sour from Oz!
