Smooth, plenty of whiskey, good mouthfeel. Just an extremely solid imperial stout, no funny business or platypus venom involved.

Sampled from the tap at Hopscotch. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet dark grain, toffee, raisin and a whiskey note underlying. Flavor has a nice dark grain and whiskey combination with raisins, dates and toffee backing.

Sampled from the tap at Hopscotch. Pours a clear yellow gold with a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of citrus and peach with a light grain backbone. Flavor has more of an earthy citrus with touches of apricot, peach and grains supporting.

Sampled from the tap at Hopscotch. Pours a clear brown with an amber hue and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice coffee note supported by raisin, bread and some dark grains. Flavor combines bread and coffee with some raisin and dark grain backing.
