Pours golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma of malt, some dry grain. Taste has typical lager elements, slightly beefed up in regards to the graininess. Palate has some overripe fruit notes, more sweet malt. Fine.

Brewery side pull, 5/17/25.
Clear deep golden-brass. Creamy, off-white head, moderate retention.
Clean, hoppy nose with good spice and fresh, green grass. Biscuit and honey from the malt easily balance.
A bit fruity and round with some sweet dough and a ton of carbonation. Good grassy hopping with light mineral and light sourdough lingering. For their small setup with no horizontal lagering tanks, this seems pretty well-done. Certainly quite clean. Just a bit fruity and doughy.

Pours dark brown with a thin lacing tan head. Aroma of milky malt. Taste has nice coffee notes, some sweet toffee. Palate has lingering coffee and chocolate, all on a smooth milky base. Fantastic.

4 ounce draft. Aroma and flavor are identical. Mild milk chocolate soft roast and earth. Texture is pretty smooth. Pretty much exactly what it should be style wise.

4 ounce draft at the source. Aroma is a little malty with some soft citrus. The flavor is weak citrus with a little bit of herb. Marijuana. skunky. A little heavy on the weed for me personally.
