4 oz. Draft served in a plastic taster. Nice purple violet color. Flavor and aroma are the same. Mild sour berry with a mild lingering yogurt finish. Approachable sour ale.

32 oz. crowler thanks to tfontana! New to me brewery tick! Aroma shows, apricot, mango, soft herbs. Flavor has a soft fruit throughout the sip and ends on soft herbs. Low bitterness and it does show a softer mouthfeel.

Crowler pour from the brewery. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow-light brown with light sparkle, finger-width off-white head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong pine, milder fruit, malt base. Taste mirrors aroma almost exactly but with late welcome herbal addition. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with only mild lingering bitterness. Overall, a good first experience with this brewer! A bit old school but well done.

Growler share with Henry.
My portion was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a slightly golden burnt yellow almost copper color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some light grassy bittersweet hops. Subtle floral qualities and a light honey sweetness underneath.
The flavor did a decent job of blending the hops to the malts somewhat nicely. Nicely blended aftertaste rolling into the finish.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good and the ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty nice APA that I could see myself having again.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a finger’s worth of white to off white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some roastiness, some milk chocolate and light tickle of some anise.
The flavor blended everything together fairly nice - good sturdy sweet to good roasty tones. All seemed to blend nicely to ride on into the aftertaste and rolling into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Good carbonation about it. ABV felt as projected.
Overall, no complaints from me. They called this \"Classic\" for a reason and it sure was.

Growlette share with Doug.
Treated as a Belgian dark ale, I poured mine into a tulip.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a good pace. Mild lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of roasted coffee bean, mild milk and dark chocolate, Belgian sugars, candied dark fruits and then a touch of breadiness. Light Belgian spices slide in underneath.
The flavor leans towards the sweet side initially with the breadiness and dark fruits meeting the chocolate portions fairly nice. Seemingly smooth in the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat almost towards a medium on the body with a good sipping quality about it. Nicely done with the roast of the coffee beans to pull down some possible cloying qualities that could have occurred.
Overall, it’s a mostly nicely done Belgian stout that’s just a tad under in the \"spice\" department. Other than that, this one could turn some heads.
