Golden copper with a white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is earthy apple, funk, tannins, herb.
Taste comprises bitter apple, barnyard bite, tannins, orchard wood, apple skins, funk, light acidic tickle.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close punctured with a funky undertone.
Solid.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Deep golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, appley, floral, alittle honey, vanilla note, and funky hints along with drying loamy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is funky, woody, leathery, fleshy apple. Increasing dryness. Medium body, spritzy carbonation. Very nice.

750ml wired cork bottle from blasarfwyd website. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, herb, wood, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fleshy, musty fruit, with earthy notes, some funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
