750ml bottle from CITG. Orangey golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, funk, citric. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, citrus rind, woody, oak, vanilla hints with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery golden with a bubble head. Aroma is leathery, woodsy, funky, tannins. Taste is apple, cereal, tannins, leathery.

Taste comprises bitter apple, barnyard bite, tannins, orchard wood, apple skins, funk, light acidic tickle.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close punctured with a funky undertone.
Solid.
Golden copper with a white cap that thins to the edge.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Deep golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, appley, floral, alittle honey, vanilla note, and funky hints along with drying loamy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
