Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Golden colour, some white bubbles on top and aroma of apple, honey, spice. Taste is appley, fruity, honey, booze, with chilli heat, spiced, and earthy notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, warming chilli & boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Another big bottle of mead. Everyone needs to chip in. Shig's cider/mead extravaganza. Clear, pale gold, settled still pour. Lemon, grain, faint wax nose. Prickly chili spice, lemon, floral honey, lingering acidity. Disappointing heat but the base mead is decent. Kinda okay. This was the fuzzy close to round two. We needed to up the pace & get to some bottles despite the fatigue starting to dribble in,

Bottle: Poured a golden with a white ring. Aroma is apple, musty, spices, mint. Taste is apple, honey, earthy, spicy, chili finish.
