Tasting this bottle, two days ago, at our flat, a lovely thing with our home made pizza, a tradition and a good option. This troubled lager was fresh at the mouth, smooth, bready, fruity, malty, regular bitterness, a bit watery, good German job, 15.05.23, purchased at the coop, Interlaken, tasting it at Epalinges.

Coming from the coop, Interlaken Ost, finding it im August coming from Ballenberg. Tasting and sharing this bottle with my wife, yesterday, at Epalinges. A fair and good pale ale, on the American way, fairly bitter, citrus, dry hop, dry malt, good, 05.10.22

From the coop, interlaken ost, buying it this summer after a day at Ballenberg. An interesting union between a lager and a wheat beer, smooth and fruity, malty, bready and bitter, side of honey, mild, well balanced, 30.09.22

On tap. Pours a bright copper color with light head. Aromas of toasted malts, a bit of caramel, and cigarette ash. Flavors of light toasty malts and soft floral hops. Ok but not much going on.

retrospective rationg based on my notes; dark brown colour, large, dense beige-ish head; aroma of some roasted nuts, toasted rye bread, some dark chocolate and slight dried fruits (mainly plum); taste has the same notes; not bad
