Draft at Pasteur Street, Bùi Thị Xuân, Hanoi. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty. herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a dry, crisp, cardboard yeast, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
