Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light golden, hazy with a small tight white head. Fresh aroma, some light tropical fruit and earthy notes. Bittersweet taste, a little bit soapy. Brighter bitterness nearer the finish, nestling on the tongue in the aftertaste. It's okay.

Monday 8th April 2024, Skipton Pub Crawl with Ant, Maureen, Margie, Auntie Sue and me, plus Tilly and Bertie (the dogs). Hand-pulled half-pint in the Boat House. Black with a tanned topping. Nice chocolate and nutty flavour, body is richer than the 4.9% ABV should be, on the sweet side for sure, but I really liked it.

Cask @ Regal Moon, Rochdale. Clear golden with a creamy head. Session hoppy with a dry aftertaste in this regard. More recognisably bitter in aroma.
