Hand-pulled half-pint in the Colemore, Birmingham on 8th November 2024. Dark brown body, ruby hue, tanned topping. Strong Maple Syrup aroma and taste, toffee/caramel like sweetness throughout. Sticky but not lush or rich in body depth. My sweet tooth liked it.

Cask at Flowerpot, Derby. Pours a dark (almost very dark) reddish-brown with minimal tan head. Roasted malts to the fore in the mouth, along with some hints of chocolate. In the mouth it is sweet and fruity with flavours .f cola, roasted malts and black wine gums. Later on there are traces of liquorice and spice as well leading to a slightly dry finish. This is quite decent.

440ml can at The White Ball Inn, a Spoons in Tiverton on 29th July 2024. Tanned foaming head on a deep brown body, slight haze showing in the afternoon sunshine. Malty and sweet with a fudge/brownie like flavouring, interesting.
