Bottle shared at the hi wy cum. Tasting, 5/11/2016. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is floral citrus, nutty, berry. Flavour is composed of dried fruit, raisin, nutty toffee malt. Palate is medium sweet and tangy, highish carbonation, tannin. Good stuff. Little musty. Good.

Bottle shared in the High Wycombe - thanks to Mirchy. Pours clear copper with a creamy head. Rich bready malts in the nose, dried berries, toasted caramel. Medium to heavy sweet flavour with notes of berries, grapes, brown bread. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with light warmth, more berries, toffee. A good one.

Keg at The Turks Head, Leeds, Saturday 5th November 2016 Clear gold with a sticky white head, quite a zappy fruity bite, maltiness shows but bitter and a touch boozy. Loz gets pear drops on the nose, when Loz gets pear drops I usually get bile and I do here but I don’t dislike it, it’s unusual. Good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Keg at The Turks Head, Leeds, Saturday 5th November 2016 Mid gold with a slim white head, there is a little harsh bitter bite, a little pithy rub. Almost a concentrated citrus flavour with this. Good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Keg at The Turks Head, Leeds, Saturday 5th November 2016 Pours extremely dark brown with a tan head. Smooth, chocolatey and really quite indulgent. Soft in the mouth a touch of bourbon, this is very nice. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

The Maltings, York. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crisp. Sweetish malts. Spicy esters - quite strong, spicy bitter bubblegum. Little orange peel and bitter floralness. Light dry finish. Bitter floral linger. Found this quite awkward and much too estery
