Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow-gold with a faint, white foam head. The nose has some pale grains, hints of green pepper, hay. Light sweet flavour with dry doughy pale bread, lemon rind, faint spicy elderflower, more hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with further faintly spicy green pepper, sweet pale bread, very slig bitter hay. Quite basic but the elderflower makes it a little more interesting.
