18/5/2019. Bottle from Vittles & Company Hull, shared at the Warsaw GP beer share. Pours very dark brown with a medium sized bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, ash and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Chocolate finish. Quite decent except for being a bit too carbonated.

500ml bottle from Hop & Vine, Hull. 6.3%. Slightly hazy orange amber-gold colour, creamy white foam head leaving lacing and mellow aroma of toffee, caramel, orangey hop. Taste is malt caramel, grainy, hint of oats, with some fruity notes and earthy hop bitterness. Smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
