Cask @ Coal Hole, London. Amber with next to no head. Hopped with a slight dryness to the ale, but it still slips down the palate well with orange notes in its nose and some in its taste. Has a low bitterness.

Gravity dispense at London Drinker BF ’15, day 2, 12/03/15. Mahogany brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is biscuit, cocoa powder, light hop presence, earthy, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises spice, biscuit, chocolate, earthy, dirt, dark fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mild, not too much in the way of hops, perhaps not a bad thing in terms of keeping it true!
