[ As ShinDigger IPA ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, marmalade hops, sweet hops, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet hops, fruity hops, pale malt, light marmalade hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Pint on tap at Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Tropical fruit nose with caramel background. Still golden amber beer with thin film of suds on top. Zingy mouthfeel, light body. Nice lacing down the glass. Taste is bitter fruit followed by 'juicy fruit' finish and lingering bitterness. A little malt balances it out. Nice APA with a great nose. A pleasure to drink.
