16oz can pours a clear gold, cloudy white head. Nose has apple and grist off the top, some diacetyl, butter, biscuit. Flavor has some orange and more apple, grist, grain, grass. Medium bodied, tart finish. Feels off.

Bottle share@Alvarado TTO, Himmeriget (12/05/2022) - Sweet dark malty with sticky sweet maple, chocolate, silky mouthfeel and full bodied, nice bourbon kissed lingering malty finish. Lovely.

Bottle @ Himmeriget. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, maple and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 120522

Bottle. Black color with off-white head. Aroma is roast, chocolate, not so much maple yet. Taste is thick chocolate, some roast again, here's the maple, very thick and a bit of booziness too. Thick oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Solid!

ABV: 10.0%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, oat, cereal - bread, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, oat - wheat, tropical fruit, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
