Undated can drunk 9/12/25.
Lightly hazy, bronze-lime-blonde. Frothy, bubbly, white head. Good retention.
Light lime and mild fruit salad at first, with scant cracker. Very timid, but swirling produces a big, fruity, juicy, Enigma bouquet with round tangerine, honeydew and musk melon and big, juicy depth with honey-like malt. Clean, no alcohol or twang.
Soft, juicy, pillowy, supple and deep with proper attenuation. Yellow fruits, mild tropical fruit, mild melon and light woody spice. Just a touch of El Dorado gives a pine accent and good bitterness, but it never gets too bitter. Enigma carries the day with melon, cherry, juicy tangerine and pomelo notes. Big honey from the malt. Insanely drinkable, soft, round, flavorful, balanced...

500mL bottle, undated (2025 release), drunk 9/10/25.
Clear, dark. Small, tan head sits at partial cover.
Rich, rich, spicy, elegant bourbon with mild sweetness and a good deal of dry cherry and oak. The adjuncts are incredibly tasteful. No big roast, no bitter orange or fruity/earthy cascara rammed down your throat. Just rich, coffee-laced bourbon with soft fruitiness and an Old Fashioned-like accent. No alcohol noted.
Coffee is more forward in the flavor, but fruity, sweet, soft, earthy with low roastiness. Soft, chewy, not quite syrupy malts are nonetheless properly attenuated on the finish, with no alcohol. Juicy and bright citrus/cascara notes add complexity without overpowering, similar to the coffee. Bourbon a little less evident in flavor than the nose, but still shows through nicely, adding cherry, vanilla, oak and mild spice. Man, these guys just cannot be stopped!!

750mL bottle undated, drunk 9/10/25.
Very little head despite a heavy pour. Bright, deep, intense bronze-brass-maize. White head instantly to edges.
Can smell the heavily fruity, lightly funky/musty yeast from a mile away. A bit cidery, as well with light woody/cedary notes and a touch of vanilla, even. Interesting and complex with excellent malts to balance.
Oooooh! That's NICE. Corky, musty, woody. Reminds me of a really old Gale's Prize Old Ale, or a very soft, ultra-aged oude lambik. Even a bit of cheesiness here. Really has it all, including no aggressive acidity, and ample malt/wheat depth/texture. And all this at 4.5% abv?! Incredible.

Haha another can where they've stamped the bottom but not with the date. This time DOGDAYS. Drunk 9/9/25.
Clear, bronze-brass. Large, thick, well-retained, white head.
Beautiful white grape in the nose with big mineral and a strong malt presence though not sweet. Biscuit and light dough/bread. Light honey-like malt, stone fruit and tropical fruit rind lingering. Clean and brightly aromatic.
Juicy white grape with soft spice and herbage (but not herbal Nelson, to be clear. This is all white grape). Mineral and rich, bread-and-honey-like malts are succulent yet well-attenuated. Just enough bitterness to balance the malts. Tons of flavor and so malty and comforting without being sluggish.

Can, undated, but they did bother to print ZESTY on the bottom instead of the date, which is just completely insane. Drunk 9/7/25.
Very pale, rust-tinted bronze-golden. Big, fluffy, white head.
Juicy and intense with zesty spice more of the NZ variety instead of herbal. Not sure how they managed that. Succulent malts show honey and white bread and there is no resin or alcohol.
Rich, malty, but drying out, with tons of white wine character or maybe more orange wine-like, actually, on account of a big salinity. Juicy, zesty, malty, balanced. No weirdness. Amazing to get so much NZ-like character out of these American hops. Lots of rich melon and tropical fruit.

Canned 5/9/25, drunk 9/6/25.
Clear, pale BdB. Large, white head, moderate retention.
Earth, mineral, big, round, succulent, white grape. Not the metallic, punchy, overly lactic crap you usually get from this style in America. Soft, chewy, dense wheat with delicate honey and no heavy acidity, yet a pleasing tartness to balance.
Very soft, wheat-heavy, with very chewy textures. Light-bodied, as it should be, with gentle sugars and gentle acidity. Light berry and white grape lingering.

Brewery side pour draught, 9/5/25.
Clear bright golden maize. Big, fluffy, white head.
Bright hop with lovely yeast. Rich malt from biscuity, honey-like grains with intense pepper from hop. Clean with big mineral.
Rich, malty, way beyond its size with soft white bread and tons of pepper and herb. Incredibly flavorful with tons of bitterness and attenuation.

Terrible fucking rating from Saxo. Tough to not understand lagers, but there's a lot of that going around.

Brewery draught, 9/5/25.
Heavily hazy, tan-bronze-maize. Small, white head.
Big juice, spice, mango, fresh yeast and honey-rich malts. Clean and snappy without toouch sweetness. Yet no big acid or alcohol.
Soft, peppery, subtle, dank, spicy. Juicy and malty with strong biscuit and hop acid drying out the finish. Deep and dank. Juicy and spicy, big mineral. So well balanced but keeping it on the bitter side with unripe tropical fruit rind.

Brewery draught, 9/5/25.
Lightly-to-modetately hazy, peach-brass-maize. Small, white head.
Big, woody cantaloupe and mild coconut. Weird stuff from a weird mix of hops. Cracker and white bread with a fairly fruity yeast. Pineapple and melon lingering.
Soft, malty, spicy and peppery with fresh cantaloupe and big cantaloupe rind. Pepper, wood and hints of coconut and pineapple. It all dries out severely. Candied tropical fruit, earth, spice and mineral lingering. Funky, weird, unique.

Brewery side pour, 9/5/25.
Clear golden-honey. Big, white head, good retention.
Bright peppery hops, not overdone, alongside heirloom yeast giving musty basement. Cellar, plaster, light honey and soft biscuit. Mineral and a crisp finish.
Soft, malty and deep up front but a huge peppery hop throughout with big bitterness. Dries out nicely. Clean, crisp, big mineral. Amazing. No surprises there.
