Tap at the brewery. Pale yellow-tan body. In the neo traditional English style perhaps more than US. Pleasant rindiness, some faint tropical papaya tones underneath. Reasonable malt backdrop, well balanced.

Tap at Troubles End. Deep and rich for the 4 percent. Heavy deep malt tones. Bakers bitter chocolate, some graham cracker. Deep, authentic flavors. This would be great off the hand pump.

Tap at Troubles End. Thick tan orange body. Juicy fresh Mosaic shine. Really nice IPA of the new school. Medium bodied, still has that pillowy NE feel but more organic, not obnoxious. Reminds you of what made Mosaic great more than a sugary IIPA. I'd probably call it an APA but really tasty.

Tap at Troubles End. Unfiltered orange-copper body. Steady, glass lacing head. Rye shows up. Old school dirty vegetal Cascade does too. Full bodied, 2000s NW hop feel. Solid Rye IPA.

Murky yellow-tan body. Steady, foamy, white head. Pleasant sour yeast and green tea, green apple aroma. Sour and bright, a little cheesy. Sort of close to a Hose at times, but the zesty saison yeast creeps into the aftertaste. Big lemon-lime tone. Works out pretty well, but not a beer I'd look forward to having again.

Tap at Troubles End. An odd Asian pear touched aroma. Bright, zesty hop tone..resinous and more old school US flavor than noble hop, though there is some nice peppery bitterness there as well. Great lager tone, filtered body is clean but full of flavor. A lot going on for the lowish ABV. Unique, but classically minded. Grew on me.

A modernized Honey Ale as much as an APA. Rich, full bodied. Rye gives it a lot of earthy depth. Hops are well rounded, adding even more depth. Quite unique. Good.

A rather awesome Bitter. On the hand pump, really perfect body, mouthfeel, everything. Biscuity medium malts, flowery mouth coating fuggles hop tone. Really good.

Tap at Troubles End. Zesty hop tone. Herby flowery bitterness is a little intense over the deep smoked malt tone. Almost ends up a smoked IPL. Bitter. OK, sort of grew on me after the head died down, which seemed to accentuate a bitter tone.

Killer Rauchbier. True to form, perhaps a hint bigger bittering hop tone. Either way, exactly what you'd hope for. Rich, full bodied, I wouldn't call it a Blonde. Good stuff. While quite tasty, not as drinkable as a true Bamberg example.
