2nd time having it, growler at home. Roasty mild chocolate tone, really easy drinking. Drinks really mild and easy, they could have called it a Porter and I might have loved it more. Great Dark Ale, something completely lacking in the 2021 beer world.

Funky, sour aroma. Clear body, massive off-white head. Not overly sour at all. Lemon lime tone. A pretty solid beer, remains nice and drinkable. Cheesy, funky, but mild. Smooth underlying malt tone. Good.

First day on tap at the brewery. Classical APA with modern tendencies? Bright, bitter hop tone. Chewy malts, the oat does not remind me of a hazy at all, which is nice. Pleasantly full bodied, great balance. Not really the most exciting beer, but well executed.

Tap at TE. Juicy. Has a hazy-like creaminess but does drink more like a killer APA. Really well done beer, unique.

Wow, what an awesome beer. Delicate, subtle, perfectly executed. Drinks super clean, earthy malts and lingering hop tone. So much better and more adventurous than most stuff out there.

Tap at TE. 8.5% honey saison. Bold, big, full bodied. A lot truer in spirit and flavor to a Belgian beer than most US examples. Doesn't have that luscious carbonation that would throw this over the top. Great balance between the honey and saison yeast esters. Great beer.

Tap at TE. One of the oddest beers I've had in awhile. Full bodied highish ABV saison. Unfiltered orange-tan body, steady big glass lacing white head. Hops are overboard, base is sort of a mess. Closer to a Belgian Ale somehow than most US saison, but not one I'd eagerly revisit.

Tap at TE. Poured on the side faucet, creamy smooth body. Great lager tone, zesty noble hop balance. Really solid offering. Lots of depth for the style. Great.

Tap at TE. Murky orange-amber body. Pleasant cherry smoke tone present in the aroma and the flavor. Hefty malt tone, not really a Marzen or a Rauchbier something in between.

Deep, sweet, heavy malts. Toffee, caramel. Different than most beers out there these days. OK.
