Backlog. Aroma is of ripe apples. The flavor is sweet apples. It’s very straightforward, a light cider with a decent flavor.

Backlog. Aroma is of sweet apples and pears with a little spicy smell from the cardamom. The spice is subtle in the flavor, as is the oak. It’s mainly apples and pears. It’s not too too sweet. There’s some dryness in the finish. Decent.

12 oz sample.bottle. Aroma is peachy, apples and mango like you’d expect. Smells really sweet. Pours clear golden with no head; has a white ring of foam. Taste is moderately tart and overly sweet. A simple cider bordering on alcopop.

Food Lion bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dusting of a head. Jolly rancher nose, apple of course... little natural scent here. Flavor is apple flavor, real apple. Lightly grain, not too sweet (surprisingly).

Bottle from a rep at a local bar. No label. Flight glass. Pale, translucent straw color. Smell is a yeasty, estery blend of apple/pear. Taste is soft, drying, vanilla, soft pear flesh & subtle spice. Average carbonation, no obvious syrupy-ness. A little boring. **Notes from Oct 2017**

The aromas are the best part with apples, fruit, floral and spice. Flavors are mainly sweet apples with some fruit spice floral and a very slight hint of tart. A bit too sweet for me.

Lightly spicy with a little bitterness but mainly good rich sweet apple flavor. Not overly sweet though. Fairly decent cider.

Can. A- Apple juice. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Apple juice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- Not too sweet and a touch dry. For a macro cider it was pretty solid one.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy, dark gold with a very slight white bubble ring. Aroma of rich, ripe, but not all that sugary apple. Approaching med body. Astringency hit the back sides of my tongue. Some skin tartness. Ripe apple then tartness. Pretty dry. Nice cider.

500ml bottle at 4%. Pours bright with medium carbonation. Aroma is sugary Granny Smith and light berries. Taste has sweet berries to start and a sugary Granny Smith finish.
