Cask. Shakespeare’s Sheffield. Clear straw gold. Messy lacing white head. Nose has fresh lemon and orange hop. Clean malts. Taste is fairly bitter with a soft malty sweetness. Light and crisp. Decent bitterness to finish.

Bottle. Beer Central Sheffield. Clear dark brown. Nicely dense, lasting and lacing tan head. Looks well. Nose has vine fruit. Malt loaf. Melted sugar. Splash of rum. Bit of a Old Jamaica Rum chocolate bar vibe going on. Taste is bittersweet. Nice twang. Smooth and easy drinking. Foamy carbonation. More twang to finish. Nice one.
