Sample at the taproom during the "Nocterra's 6th Anniversary Party" event on 02/01/2025. Clear orange-gold pour with a medium thin bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of roast malt, hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is clean with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit, mild earthy hops and slight spice. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Fruit, floral hop and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, fruity yeast and bready malt. The finish is clean and crisp with a mildly hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

The beer is a slightly hazy bright golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lime, passionfruit, floral yeast, pineapple and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a citrus and pineapple aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruit and piney hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sparse strings of lace. Roast malt, chocolate and coffee aroma. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, roast coffee and a touch of earthy hops. The finish is dry with a roasty malt and chocolate aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
