Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre Liverpool. Cppper amber colour clear with collar of off white bubbles. Tasty enough ESB with some warming fruit. Touch of sting on the finish. Not great nick but ok. A little boring but the pepper hop finish is decent enough and lees the palate alive

Cask (handpump) @ The New Oxford, 11 Bexley Sq, Salford, Manchester, England M3 6DB.Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark roasted, burnt, caramel, light chocolate, light to moderate strong coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100123]

Bright golden still with a slight haze. Lacing-head. Firm fruity aroma. Fruity taste profile with notes of lemony hops. Dry bitterness on the swallow. Hand pulled cask, half pint served at the right drinking temperature at Rutland Arms, Sheffield 2 Oct 10.

Dark brown, almost black body. Shiny black surface, some laceworks to the glass. Pleasant roasted aroma. Taste of grainy chocolate followed by notes of dark bitter fruits towards the finish. Cask, half at Harlequin during our Valley of Beer trail in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.
