Bottle drunk after mixing up Die Drei ??? with Die Drei !!! ...Which led to a very bored toddler as the youth Audiobook was too complicated. Beer is reddish gold, small head, no haze. Mild nose, perhaps a hint of malt and earthiness. Flavor is light roast Vienna, mid body and mild but flavorful barley notes. Smooth traditional bitterness. Pretty good.

Look who rated after I came home with this but before I drank it! Cheers Marko. I drank it watching the end of Kaos S1. Light Amber, thin head, slight haze. Grainy nose, hint of sourness maybe. A bit malty, grain-ish, low bitterness, not much farmhouse flavor or complexity. Hint of cardboard-ness. It's alright but i would not have named this Saison.

Bottle drunk at home while shopping for electric guitar pedals. Medium brown, very fine bubbled tan head. Nose is nutty, reminds me a bit of Newcastle, which I drank often in my youth. Dry, slim body but with a caramel note on the finish. Lightly oily mouthfeel, smooth and drinkable with light bitterness. It's pretty tasty!

Bottle drunk in the basement cinema. Light straw light haze small head, nose is nicely caramel and West-Coast pine'n'fruity. Wow, very smooth, nice WC flavor with decent bitterness and a heap of caramel. Maybe a bit on the sweet side balance wise, but one of the best Turkish beers I've had. Tasty for sure.

Bought au Carrefour in Istanbul (not Constantinople). Bottle drunk after eating a stir fry. Hazy pear juice color, big head big bubbles. Nose is very mild, light malt with melon citrus notes. The flavor is pretty uninspiring, not too fruity but with some interesting hoppy lupulin taste that's edging towards hop burn and not quite there. I fear it might have needed more malt+alcohol to improve the body, which is a bit thin. But otherwise it's alright, no off flavors. Expiry Mar'25, if they gave it a year this could explain some of the minimal hoppy flavors after 6 months. If they brewed it in Constantinople it'll be waiting in Istanbul.

Stubby in Botić park with Hrabren and Prof. Bekić. Hazy golden body, white heas. Sweet fruity-estery aroma, maltier than saisons usually are. Sweet taste, floral, bir vegetal-DMS-ish... Really not saisonish and a bit of a mess.

Bought in Carrefour in Istanbul after going to the Mini Legoland at the same shopping center. Drunk at home in Munich because I had a cold and couldn't drink beer the last days of the vacation. Unbeknownst to me the brewery is not even on Ratebeer, I hope these 6 beers are decent as they were almost 4 euro apiece in Turkey. Clear gold, very thin head. Looks tasty and smells crisp, almost minty, with citrus hints. Very nice on the tongue, a bit thicker mouthfeel/maltiness than Pils normally confers, but has smooth, present bitterness with a unique acidic & mint-like character. Polaris hops? Anyway an inspiring first brew from à santé brewery!
