Hazy gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and dry and a little crisp. Light dry malt, whisper of smoke. Strong orange peel and marmalade. Sharp lemon kick. Little hop spice. Light finish. Stong hop fruits again from North Riding but I wanted a little more complexity in this one.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Light touch of malt cream. Light floralness. Lemon rind, tangy intense orange. Light crisp finish. Nice hops fruits as always from North Riding but the passion fruit character of Mosaic is absent.

A leaking bottle, fortunately retaining carbonation. Hazy orange - amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Very light malt. Startlingly vibrant fruity hops. Orange and orange peel. Lemon rind. Little sherbet. Marmalade and a trace of grapefruit. Finishes light and crisp with a marmalade peel bitter linger. North Riding have an uncanny ability to take the most fruity aspects of hops and write them large in their beer. A little malt sweetness would not go amiss but another winner from this brewpub.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Film of white head, with a halo of bubbles. Dank, fusty mandarin. Wet, fresh hop. Some sweet, buttery granary bread. Taste is the bready sweetness, initially, then light dry, and fairly hefty, grapefruit pith bitter. Oily palate. A bit greasy. Finish is big bitter. Comes across a bit heavy metal, on the hop.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, pale gold. Tight foam of clingy, white head. Enticing, fusty orange. Light grapefruit. Light tropical, peachy fruit. Taste is off dry, with a rising, light mineral bitterness. Palate is soft and airy. The mineral bitterness rises, and lingers on the finish. Lovely session beer.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, dark, conker brown. No head. Light, roast malt. Milk chocolate. Vanilla. Light nuttiness. Taste is roast dryness. Light, milk chocolate sweetness. A little roast bitterness balances things up. Soft carbonation complements nicely. A soft, sweet, sugary coffee finish.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Murky gold. Minimal head, that sticks to the glass. Grassy, damp hop. Vegetable water. Well chewed spearmint? Taste is light dry, and medium bitter. Palate is maybe a little thin. Dank. A bit metallic. A bit odd. But I do quite like it.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, ruby red. Filmy, off white head. Unripe red fruit. Taste is tart, red fruit. Too acidic. An oddity. This isnโ€™t right...

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Very thin malt. Big tangy orange hops with orange pith and lesser tangerine and lemon. Trace of grapefruit. Crisp finish. Another vibrantly hoppy beer from NRB. This one losing a point for being a fraction too tangy, still great stuff though.

Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light thin malt. Vibrant grapey tangy hops with lesser elderflower and lemon balm. Finishes crisp. Huge amounts of Nelson here for the abv. Very nicely done.
