Description
We are a small and passionate team operating a 6 Barrel kit and brewing a range of classic ales, bitter and stout with respect to traditional techniques. Alongside a solid staple of hop forward IPA's and APA's, we love to flex our brewing muscles into frequent forays in the yeast led world of Belgian & German beers.

Everything we produce is done with care and attention to detail, the highest quality ingredients and foremost a focus on producing the best quality and tastiest beer we can.

All our beer is unpasteurised and vegan. We also can all our beers on site, right next to the tanks it is lovingly brewed in. You could not get fresher beer.
A proudly independent brewery. Beer made locally, for the good people of Penge and beyond.

Can from my S-i-L. Aroma had full-on vanilla ice cream impact. Underlying malty chocolate. Darkest brown. Thick bubbly foamy tan head. As per the aroma there's definite ice cream presence - vanilla and chocolate. Followed by espresso bitterness with sour coffee berries. Medium-heavy bodied. Creamy. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. It may be the chest infection but this seems to be spot on - had plenty of Affagato (I.e. two or more) Stouts and this one seems to match the description.

Can from my S-i-L. Aroma had sour berries and dough. Cloudy-opaque dark brown. Bubbly translucent white head. Chewy doughy caramel malts with a woody streak. Sour berries are then more prominent into the finish although balanced rather than overpowering. Rich. Light-medium bodied... teetering more towards the latter. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Big multifaceted ESB.
