Craig on Heat Tasting at ChrisO’s. Bottle 391/500. Very hazy gold beer, big bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry with light fine carbonation. Dry yeasty bitterness. Touches of esters and floralness. Little violets and herby dried fruits. Pear drops. Dry finish. Too dry to be great, but interesting.

Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate starts smooth, turning crispy from good fine carbonation. Light thin creamy malt. Big herby floralness, but never overwhelming. Whisper of mint. Light hop bitterness as it reaches a smooth finish. Interesting beer!

Bottle shared at chriso’s during Garvie’s visit - London. Pours hazy gold with a white cream head. The nose has melon, tangerine, light dough, yeast. Light-medium sweet flavor with nice melon and citrus notes, a touch of bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish with further pleasant tangerine, lemon rind, pale bread. Very drinkable.
