Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Pale gold. Lightly hazy. Suds of white. Aroma of cereal. Damp grain. Taste is light, watery bitter. Some grainy sweetness. Thin body. Light, astringent, bitter finish. Not great.

On cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - A clear straw colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, some lemon zest, slight straw, subtle herbs and floral hops. Taste is similar of grapefruit, some lemon zest, straw and floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. Full of flavour, nice.

On cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - New community brewery led by Dave McLaren (ex-Spire), and not bad this debut is too. Clear golden body, thick white head. Nose is quite grassy, straw, with a citrus undertone. Taste is robust and well rounded for a 4% - citrus at the fore - and quite a robust body too. Nice one.
