16oz can. Hefty, zesty. A pinch too hop forward for the style, but it still works. Sort of more resinous than bready. Full bodied and rich, but a little off center, not quite nailing it. OK.

Tap at Gathering Place. Rich, malty, true to style. Hefty, full bodied, bready. Medium brown malts, wheat, creamy yeast. Really good.

Tap at GP. Medium bodied, nice balance. Not the malt bomb I had hoped for, but still enjoyable enough. All around pretty good Amber Lager.

From Brewvana. No dating.

It pours a very dark brown with reddish highlights, good finger of tannish foam, good lacing.

The smell is dark chocolate with light coffee, roasty, mild sweet notes like milk chocolate.

The taste is dark and milk chocolate, roasted malt, moments of bitterness, very light coffee.

The mouthfeel is good.

Really nice Schwartzbier.

From Brewvana. No dating.

It pours a rather deep gold with a nice long lasting head of foam, excellent lacing.

The smell is quite spicy hops, lemon, lots of bitterness, and cracker malt that is noticeable rather easily.

The taste is bitter, spicy, lightsh lemon, with the cracker malt being solid in its presence.

Good mouthfeel, it finishes bitter, almost APA like. Good Pilsner.

5 dollar bottle from the brewery. Kind of a cheap, harsh boozy tone. Not so much oak or vanilla, more fusel booze. Tastes like they added a bottle into the barrel to prime it or something. Rather choresome to drink, not really any of the niceness you might hope for out of a bourbon barrel aged anything. Price was right at least.

12oz can from the brewery. Big, heavy, sweet, warming. Really enjoyable beer. Lots of malt depth, character. Deep red fruit flavors, some pleasant hop balance as well. A unique creation, well done.

Bought for $4.00 from the brewery in October 2022. Sweet and big, almost has some infected undertones put perhaps it is just the coffee. Drinks like a misguided Belgian at times, rich undertones, but the coffee doesn't ever really make sense or work. Unique, fun to try...once.

Tap at Gathering Place. Sort of odd..like a Kveik Fest beer. Nice European style malt depth/balance/mouthfeel. Unique, good.
