Can, from Trader Joe's, Chicago (Nov 2023). Pours cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, faint vanilla aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter vanilla malt taste, faint grassy hops, thin body, long vanilla finish. Vanilla dominated but drinkable.

Can from Trader Joe's, Chicago (Dec 2023). Another one of the holiday-themed beers of Obscurity. Pours murky reddish-dark amber-brown with a foamy beige head, caramel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste with faint toffee flavor, thin body, long caramel malt finish. A smooth amber ale, not sure where the maple went.

Tap at Obscurity. Pretty decent hop tone. Lactose is lame and antiquated, but works well enough here. A decent enough milkshake IPA.

Tap at Obscurity. Rich, sweet, oily. Like a heavy handed homebrew. Not as good awful as the 181, but still not so impressive. Drinkable.

It's not hazy. Taste is pretty bad. Butty tea, wow on another level of bad. Seltzery thin disgusting creature.

6% in April 2023. Sabro. Simcoe. Trident. Mosaic. Pretty solid hop combo, thankfully absent of Citra. Bold and big hopwise, a lot going on. The body isn't exactly top tier, but is still drinkable enough. Orange juicy, lacks that full definition, but a great hop tone, pretty enjoyable for the style overall.

16oz can. Quite unique. Solid hop tone meets big honey. Rich, full bodied, unfiltered thickness. Pretty cool beverage. I'm not wild about some of the aromas and flavors, but it works in a rustic sort of way.

Nitro Vanilla Red Ale...first for me there. Drinks big and creamy, not unlike a boddingtons or newcastle at times, but more sugary, less of a classical beer theory. Vanilla leads and dominates. OK for what it is I suppose.

16oz can. One of the more interesting Braggots I have ever had. Has both Mead and Hefeweizen charactertistics. Banana clove up front leads into a mildly warm, alcohol touched honey finish. Unique.
