[50cl bottle from Chessington Garden Centre.] A bright amber pour with a ring of white head; mellow fruity aroma with some orange; an assertive pithy bitterness from the off, with an oily orange taste; and a bitter marmalade finish. Very tasty.

[50cl bottle from Chessington Garden Centre.] A gushing opening, but yielding a bright amber coloured pour with a scummy looking white head; hedgerow hop aroma; malty taste with an intense hoppy taste; and a nicely balanced finish with chewy caramel and a fresh hoppy bitterness.

Bottle from a deli in East Molesey (I.e. over the river from Hampton Court). Aroma is heavy, earthy. Peripheral spice and light citrus. Clear gold. Thin foamy translucent white head recedes quickly. Medium bitter. Woody. Spicy. Citrus edge. Underlying biscuity malts. Gains sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Nice enough.

Keg at EBF Nov 21. Malty fruity aroma in there somewhere. Clear copper gold. Thin bubbly translucent white head is patchy. Initial sourness. Citrus and herbs. Light bitter undertow. A touch of biscuity malts on the periphery. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasant enough but not doing too much for me.
