Smallish beige head. Hazy barely translucent deep red body. Burnt yeasty coffee aroma with grainy bready rye notes. Dry fainty acidic burnt rye and coffee taste with watery bready notes. Thin-bodied. Acidic burnt faintly hoppy aftertaste. Quite nice, but could use more body. (0.5l bottle shared by Ole_R.)

Big offwhite head. Orange body. Big hoppy grapefruit and mango aroma with malty notes. Intense bitter grapefruity taste with watery wooden notes. Hollow-bodied. Absolutely no sweetness whatsoever. Bitter wooden aftertaste. Cool. An interesting beer. (0.5l bottle shared by Ole_R.)

Voluminös malziger Geruch mit deutlichen Kaffee- sowie Karamellnoten. Malzig-karamelliger Antrunk mit angedeuteter Säuerlichkeit. Voluminös malzig werdend, untertönig ist das Karamell ersichtlich das im Abgang deutlicher zum Tragen kommt. Die Säuerlichkeit weicht einer dezenten Bitterkeit. Komplex, deutlich röstig im Mittelteil, etwas herb. kräftig malzig, zudem etwas schokoladig.Im Abgang wird die Bitterkeit Hauptbestandteil und somit deutlich intensiver. Komplexes Porter! Bottle from Systembolaget Mölndal. The aroma was rather sweet. Quite sour flavour, almoast like a Geuze. Chocolate in tast.

Extrem starke Schaumentwicklung. Malziger Antrunk, der vom Hopfen nur wenig geleitet wird. Etwas muffig wirkend, das Bier wird erst spät richtig hopfig. Eine Ausbreitung der Aromen wird außerdem durch das CO2 erschwert. Etwas sääuerlich-hopfiger Abgang imt deutlichem Malzeinschlag. Nicht sehr IPA-mäßig. Draught, 250ml. Served with dark chocolate and to the right drinking temperature downstairs at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Mid, off-white head covering a ruby-brown body. Generously roasted aroma of dark chocolate malts. Fine balanced flavour of milk chocolate and bitter cocoa notes. Ends up with developing bitterness from dry, fruity hops. Stark CO2 haltiger Hopfenantrunk, deutlich hefig-malzig. Malziger werdned, etwas würzig, leicht kratzig. Der Hopfen ist zwar vordergründig, ist im Mittelteil aber nicht wichtigster Bestandteil des Gesamtaromas. Das etwas bitter und mittelwürzige Malz läuft dem Hopfen hier noch den Rang ab, im Abgang ist es dann anders herum, das Malz bleibt aber als kräftiger Ton im Hintergrund. Hopfig-bitter intensiver Abgang der nicht unbedingt sehr lange hält. Test vom 3.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,9,10,11,11,10 - 10,15
