On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose has doughy malt, Belgian yeast, and some bready notes. Flavour is dry, with a nice expression of the Belgian yeast, doughy malt, and a touch of bitterness. Nicely constructed, with good use of the yeast. Solid.

On tap at Beer Junction. Pours murky dull yellow with a white head. Spicy Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has spicy Belgian yeast, orange peel, light coriander. Nice Belgian pale.

Hazy and pale. No head. Floral aroma with light acidity. Bright, slightly juicy, again a nice floral character, just enough malt sweetness. Very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Griggs blend Flowerful Biere de Coupage. Clear gold with small white head. Botanical aroma with some plastic packaging (like an Asian grocery store dried seaweed packaging). Mild sourness, mild dry-ness, fairly botanical, just okay.

4oz pour at Chuck's Greenwood. Pours clear blonde with white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast and bandaids. Flavour has saison yeast; a bit rubbery. This seems like a work in progress.

Pale, dull, greyish. Soft body. Lightly acidic. Ok, balanced, with a good stone fruit character.
