750mL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with small white head. Aroma has dry wood, orange peel, dry wild yeast. Flavour has wild yeast, orange peel, dry wood. Enjoyable, but leans a bit too heavily into the tartness; lacks a good base.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some buggy notes, some faint floral orangey notes, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is somewhat buggy and rustic, with light tartness, some citrus, floral orange, and some mineraly notes. Light, rather weak, lacking complexity. Underwhelming.

Au nez, des accents rustiques et fermiers subtilement citronnés. Liquide doré jaunâtre avec une prise de mousse naturelle au maintien assez long. En bouche, c’est assez citronné mais délicat. Notes fermières certes, mais aussi céréalières, fruitées (citron, poire), et un tantinet miellées. Plus la bière se réchauffe et plus ses saveurs et sa complexité ressortent. 750 (thx, Ryan!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: murky blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: fruity, some kinda of manure, rustic notes, cheese popcorn notes. Taste: along the same lines, very light, rustic, bad fart and cheese popcorn. Overall: interesting.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings ripe apple core, apple skins, and some dryness. Flavour is dry, with lots of apple core, apple skins, and some wildness. Not particularly complex, but nicely dry and crisp. Good.
