750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma has a complex wild yeast character, a wonderfully complex expression of the red berries, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex and integrated, with a sort of floral red berry character, wild yeast, neutral oak, and gentle tartness. Great marriage of the berries and wild yeast. Very good.

Reddish colour, no head. Light tartness, mild saskatoon berry, well balanced. Mild, pleasant. Well-balanced. There's a subtle complexity to this that I enjoy.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, faint head. Funky nose with mild citric tartness. Tart with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. Buckwheat, citric tartness, stone fruit and spicy hay. Mid bitter finish. Very elegant.

Pale berry colour, with some haze. The aroma is again berries - I'm not familiar with the chokeberry so I'll be pretty generic here. On the palate, the body feels relatively light, wheaty. There's a mellow tartness. The berry is nice, brings some good fruitiness, like a cross between a cloudberry and a blackberry. Solid stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has a nice buggy character, lots of tart red berries, and some pungent floral notes. Flavour is tart and buggy, with a nicely acidic red berry character, some tannins, and plenty of bugs. Finishes sharply tart without being too acidic, tannic, and buggy. This is great.

750mL bottle. Pours murky dull red with a white head. Earthy wild yeast and tart berries on the nose. Flavour has earthy wild yeast as a base and the berries are on the tart side. Very solid wild ale; the yeast expression is great and the berry adjuncts compliment the beer very nicely. Good carbonation and an off-dry finish. Very nicely done.

Un olfactif au boisé assez important tout en laissant assez de place au côté fermier des arômes. Également présentes : notes citronnées, pamplemousse. Mousse généreuse et tenace sur liquide jaune paille et bien voilé. Florale et citrique en entrée de bouche. L’ensemble est assez doux malgré le côté acidulé des levures. Notes citronnées, florales, herbacées issues des houblons Triple Pearl et Vista. Le boisé est moins présent en bouche qu’au nez. Les houblons sont ici utilisés judicieusement et assurent un côté fruité assumé à cette bière fermière audacieuse. Bien appréciée. O:7.15 V:4.61 G:7.26 C:4.0 G:15.4 T:38.42

750ml (thx, Ryan!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: creamy, oak, rustic notes. Taste: along the same lines, rustic, a bit tart, a bit lemony and ascorbic. Overall: good one.
