Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow almost copper color with a slight translucent sort of coloring and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet orange, some papaya and mango sweetness and notes of sweet piney hops; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to slightly bitter character; finishes semi-dry with a pop of the mango to papaya sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness with a little bit of a hop bitterness edge to it - but nothing bothersome; good semi-low carb
Overall: aromas seem to lean more towards the sweet side while the flavors start gravitating more towards the bitter side as the beer warms; while this beer wasn't bad to me, I do believe there's a couple things that could be changed to make this better.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange to copper color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mixed citrusy to grapefruity hop notes up front with a light piney to mango-like hoppiness in the middle and a clean malt bill
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality with a light juicy contour underneath; finishes somewhat grapefruity with a little bit of rind-like bitterness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness with a little bit of hop bitterness assertiveness but honestly, it's nothing cumbersome
Overall: nice enough IPA, though the brewer says it's a New England style, part of me wonders maybe it needs just a wee bit of recipe tweaking to make the appearance look more "New England-like" and lower some of that hop bitterness assertiveness too.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to floral to pineapple and a touch of mixed citrusy hop tones with a sly danky hoppiness underneath; some clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-bitter then bittersweet quality; finishes pineapple-y with some citrusy rind-like bitterness
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable; some smoothness with a light bitterness assertiveness
Overall: not a bad DIPA, a bit old school but nothing wrong with an old school DIPA.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with some transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon to grassy toned hops; some light malts - somewhat biscuity and/or caramel malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a light sweet to bittersweet semi-old school quality in a clean way; finishes somewhat lemony
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness and a little bit of some hop bitterness assertiveness but nothing overbearing
Overall: nice enough APA, and the extra can I had went well with a burger later on.

Not going to do a full review here because I reviewed it's OG on that page, however because this is a variant of that my quick thoughts on the changes between both beers are this:
The chipotle peppers add just a little bit of peppery spice scent to the aroma and just a little bit of spice taste to the flavor.
Barely any changes in texture other than a touch drier.
Yes, I would return to this because WW didn't overdo the peppers, they did it just at the best level.

Appearance: glossy orange to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral hops, grassy hops, light berry hops and a touch of white grapes, light clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair bittersweet hop oily quality; finishes berry to white grape-like vibe and semi-dry
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some oily smoothness that felt fine for the most part
Overall: nicely done IPA I believe I could return to.
