Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, with a small white head. Light cereal aroma with apple eaters and light hops. Mouth feel is normal, carb is the same. Finish is your typical cream ale.... Tastes like a run of the mill ale with apple esters and light fruity malts. Truly a style I don't understand why it's still brewed.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous hops, light pine needles, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A red copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light vanilla, nutty notes, OK. In mouth, caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, vanilla extract, a tad chemical. On tap at brewery.

A pale blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet blackberry candy with light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt candy sugar, blackberry jello, light mineral notes, so-so. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark brown stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark coffee, light dark fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at new brewery.

A golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant and smooth. On tap at new brewery.

This red poured a deep red colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, must, soy sauce and a little nuts. First swig was a little thin with flavours of soy sauce, a little smoke and.... beef jerky? Finish is lightly sweet with a little caramel flavour lingering.

This cream ale poured a golden yellow colour with a creamy bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, malt and white bread. First swig was smooth and decent for a typical white bread beer. Tastes of corn and malt with a finish of light hops. Another example of a Budweiser rip-off.

Lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a fizzy cap that dissipates rather quickly, leaving only a thin circle of foam around. Sweet banana and caramel aromas from the wheat. The taste is mild, but at least the wheat is not too sweet, balanced with some hops in the finish. A little dry with some banana and clove flavours. A decent regular wheat beer.
