Very enjoyable

Notes de pain frais, accents herbeux, tons légèrement miellés et subtils esters rappelant la poire font foi d’un olfactif complexe et traditionnel.
Liquide doré clair et voilé.
Mousse moyennement petite et effervescente qui tient à peine.
Beaucoup d’esters en entrée de bouche avec notes de poire, de pêche.
La carbonatation est très vive, ce qui rend le produit très rafraichissant.
Malts sucrés miellés, accentuant le côté fruité.
Les houblons épicés et herbacés sont alourdis par une finale sucrée et fruité qui en diminue l’amertume.
L’équilibre va vers le coté fruité / sucré mais est un peu atténué par la vive carbonatation.
Très sucrée et fruitée cette Kölsch.
On déplore l’absence d’accents de pain et de céréales plus prononcées et d’amertume plus prenante.
Toute la place est laissée au côté sucré et fruité.
Mais elle demeure très plaisante au goût.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly-frothy off-white head, decent stay and lots of foamy lacing patches. Tropical-stone fruit aromas with a touch of citrus and white grapes. Some grapefruit zest in the taste, building a decent dtyness with the rest of the citrus. Tropical notes, nectarines in the background. Quite a refreshing, juicy IPA with lots going one, but all blended well.

Lightly unfiltered, bright golden colour with a whitish, frothy head, average retention and a few lacing spots left. Fresh, mild grassy hop nose over the straw malt base. A nice spiciness comes out in the taste over the straw malts and herbal hops. Hints of apple-pears, bread and some good dryness slowly builds, with a tad bitterness. Quite a good, refreshing, spicy-herbal German Pilsner that goes down nicely.

Hazy golden colour with an amber highlgiht, a warm-white head that is frothy-creamy, good retention and some wavy lacing. Citrus zest aromas with a tad cherries from the Idaho Gem and some spicy, herbal notes from the Columbus. Wet mouthfeel with a slow, building, mild dryness. This keeps on rising with a light citrus peel bitterness lingering. Lots of citrus like oranges lemon zest with blending grassiness, some piney hints. An nice, hazy-juicy Old School styled IPA - so a good mix of both styles.

(Can) Pours opaque golden with good white head. Hoppy pine and citrus aroma. Full bodied with good carbonation. Good taste. Hops dominate. Nice fruity start, some notes of biscuit malt and a steadily growing bitterness. Very nice.
