Des notes citriques et tropicales au nez relevant d’une sélection un peu plus Océanienne avec des accents de kiwis, de pamplemousse, de fruit de la passion agrémentés d’une base maltée miellée.
Doré et bien limpide, le liquide développe une mousse d’épaisseur moyenne, rocailleuse et moyennement persistante.
L’entrée de bouche se veut fruitée et miellée avec des accents quelque peu poivrés et herbacés en finale.
Les houblons issus du dry-hop relèvent des accents de kiwis bien définis, des notes de fruit de la passion, de poire, de litchi tandis que ceux de la finale sont beaucoup plus amères, herbacés et poivrés.
L’environnement malté / miellé accentue le fruité bonbon.
Le corps est ample et la carbonatation bien piquante.
Goûteuse et complexe cette Pils.
Très appréciée.
