A pale yellow cider, very carbonated. A mineral sweet apple aroma, with light berry ntes. In mouth, a sourish cider, a bit chemical in character. Medium bodied. Tasted March 2007.

Bottle: Poured a pale light yellow color cider with some average carbonation. Aroma of light sweet apple is lighter then expected and somewhat boring. Taste is also lighter then expected with some discreet lightly sweet apple dominating. Somewhat reminiscent of a wine spritzer and something to be enjoyed under hot weather.

Sample at the orchard: Poured a pale yellow cider with lots of small bubble. Aroma of very tart apple with no sweetness. Taste is very dry with some tart apple and a very bubbly texture. I understand what they are trying to do but the champagne yeast and the variety of apple makes it too dry for me to appreciate and definitely too bubbly for my own taste buds.

Bottle: Poured a deep dark yellow color cider with an oily texture. Aroma of sweet apple is well mix with some dryness. No alcohol was discernable with some great sweet apple that never gets cloying. I thought it was lacking a bit of the apple pie characteristics that I usually associate great ice cider with.

Plastic bottle: Poured a light yellowish cider with loads of bubble reminiscent of a soft drink. Aroma of light dry apple is not really convincing. Taste is quite dry with some faint alcoholic notes also present. This cider was definitely boring and not something I will be looking for again in the future.
