Bottle. It pours a creamy, finger-thick off-white head over a clear, amber body. Banana, bubble-gum, some cloves and caramel on the nose. Quite pleasant but a bit too heavy on the bubble gum I think. The same goes for the flavor, it’s too heavy on the bubble gum. Effervescent and medium bodied. Well, a quite decent one, but not too interesting. 111105

Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, slim bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim grainy taste with worty accents; almost watery malty finish with only shades of hops. 26.X.11

Bottle: Golden, visible carbonation, mid-sized persistent head, grainy-wheaty nose with a citrussy touch; sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, relatively soft; wheasy-fruity aromas in the short sweet-sourish finish, a tinge of bisquits detectable. Nice, easy-drinking and refreshing.....

Pours with a clear very pale golden body with a large white head. Aromas are malty and sweet with notes of candy corn, honey and caramel. Clean fermentation. Flavors are a bit oxidized, caramel, malty, sweet. Balance is off towards the sweet end of things. Crisp and grainy and bready with some very light DMS notes as it warms. Medium to lively bubbles with a bit thin of a body.

Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeast, light banana. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, banana notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft.
