Bottle picked up from Edeka, Tittling and consumed at home Thursday 28th September 2023 listening to Marc Riley and Gideon Coe on a listen again as it was Tuesday's show. Will be cooking Orzo, Prawns and Feta in a Tomato Sauce later. This pours clear straw, edging towards gold with a white head, good clarity, good carbonation. This could be my new favourite local Pils ousting, Vietach from the top spot. It does everything it should, crisp, clean, fresh, light dryness, good bitterness and a pleasant hoppiness throughout. Very nice.

Had this at Bayerischer Löwe, Passau with Mum and Keith, Tuesday 5th September 2023. Pours hazy amber with large frothy white head. Good fruity and wheaty tang, better than the regular hefe weisse by a country mile, Loz is on that and yeah once again not our thing, but this is jolly decent. Nice softness, possibly a touch thin but otherwise ticking all the right boxes.

Possibly bottle (didn't see dispense method) at Panorama-Landgasthof Ranzinger, Langfurth, Bayerisch Wald Sunday 13th August 2023 this is Loz's beer, but she said the first one was much better whereas this one is a little buttery. Hazy yellow with a large white head, a touch buttery, otherwise the regular wheat characteristics are there. Ok but my Helles is much better.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Grafenau and consumed at new house Manghlam, Innernzell, Bayerisch Wald Sunday 6th August 2023 listening to Peking Lights - Lucifer. We're cooking in the wood oven in the kitchen and cooking Mousakka. Pours sparkling clear gold, looks great, there was a large white head. Nice fruity bite, malty nose but not totally clean, a little bit of honey sweetness, there is a little bite at the finish. Good.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Grafenau and consumed at new house Manghlam, Innernzell, Bayerisch Wald Sunday 6th August 2023 listening to Elkka - DJ Kicks. We've just started up the wood oven in the kitchen and we're going to cook Mousakka tonight. Pours chestnut brown, heading towards clarity but there is a haze. Malty and a little bit woody on the nose. In the mouth it's a caramel driven beer, but with a dark fruit tang, soft mouthfeel. A little bit of a bitter bite, good.
