Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head and lacings. Svovl and grain. A bit rough around the edges. Dry , grainy and grassy flavor. Medium bodied.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts hoppy and dry, also a bit spicy-grasy. Finish milder with some light lemon notes. Could be more spicy, but okay!

Bottle looks very simple, but good. The beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, a bit hoppy-grasy. Finish with spicy notes, a bit metallically. Not bad!

Bottle looks simple,but good. The beer in the glass light, modest turbid, small head. Starts yeasty, fruity-dry, notes of apple. Modest sourish. Finish drier, still fruity-sourish. Not bad!

[ As Zoller-Hof Bockbier ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel.
