Sweet-ish, minimally bready and grainy, pale malty and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of brown bread crust, bread dough, whiffs of protein. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy and bready, minimally spicy, pale malty, mildly bitter and minimally grassy hoppy, minimally doughy yeasty, hints of bread crust, a touch of caramelized bread crust, some protein, weak peachy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.

Clear dark golden with a foamy head. Slightly roasted malt, metal, corn, candied malt, again metal. Metallic bitterness, malty sweet finish. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, metallic harsh and unpleasant bitter malty finish. Disappointing.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierselect.de', best before February 2026. Hazy, reddish orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, pear and honey. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and gently fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, honey, caramel, some pear and light apple, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter finish. Full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good one, very classic, nicely smooth and rich.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with crisp-bread, lemon and honey. Malty taste with notes of bread, lemon, honey and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Smooth and well balanced. Quite nice.
