Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Elusive online. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of crisp, sun-kissed pale malts, mild citrus rind, a hint of pine, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, pretty clean and dry, some dried pine needles, orange peel. Not bad.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A bright amber pour with a ring of white head; resinous aroma, clearing the sinuses; thick and Odin the mouth with some sweet orange and grapefruit flavours; then a slowly building warmth and a moreish savoury finish. Not to be rushed.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading at 5.3% ABV.] A bright golden amber pour with a thin white head; apricot aroma with a hint of pine resin; oily in the mouth with a resinous but fruity bitterness; then a smooth syrupy finish that brings warmth to the belly.

Can ordered from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma combines citrus and spice. Opaque amber-brown. Foamy off-white head doesn't have staying power. Medium-heavy bitter. Rye. With a sour citrus streak. Underlying malts. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable enough but I prefer my Red IPAs a bit more chewy.
