Bottle: Pours deep, clear ruby with a skim of off-white foam. Aroma is cherry, honey, juicy sweet berry. Flavour is tart cherry, berry.... Honey sweetness blends well with the fruity tart. Slightly medicinal, minty hopping. Excellent.

Bottle. Poured a very pale, pink color, no head at all. Aroma is some pits and skins of cherries. Flavor was cherries. Notes of funk. Cherries. Nice. Very tasty.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].Clear medium yellow red pink colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate honey, cherry, apple - fruit notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, cherry, honey, fruity. IMO quit weird ... Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130810]

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours the color of perry. Aroma is sort of fruit skin. Med minus body. It’s astringent, apple/honey, with some spice. Could be pepper. Certainly quite different. Getting mango now. Interesting.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, nice light rosè colored. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet, yellow apples, honey, grass, apple skin, sugar, hints of cherry stones. Taste is slightly fresh and sour-ish dry, apple cider, grass, honey, yeast, apple skin, minerals, hints of fresh cherries. Slightly dry mouthfeel. Fresh and easy drinking.
