500ml bottle. Hazy, yellowish golden colour with average, frothy, white head. Wheaty and yeasty, fruity aroma, notes of apple, banana, a spicy yeasty touch. Taste is wheaty, fruity, banana and apple notes, some lemon, a spicy yeasty touch in the finish. Uncomplicated, juicy, refreshing Weizen.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, turbid, nice head. Starts strong, a bit alcoholic, but not too much. Intense yeasty, but not too dry, fruity like peaches. Finish a bit sourish but still well balanced. Nice!

Tap at tap house Munich. Cloudy orange yellow, lacing offwhite head. Phenolic dusty clove and vanilla aroma. Fullbodied minerally, fruity, spicy weissbier. Keg might be a bit past it’s prime.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice creamy head. Malty aroma with hints of cinnamon. Starts malty-yeasty, not too dry, mild roasty. More and more grasy malty, modest sweet. Not bad!

Bottle share on a train tasting on Bamberg Jolly day 1 24/1/14. Bottle picked up from Getränke Oase Munchen. Dull clouded orange colour with a halo of white head. Aroma is bubble gumm banana and yeast. Flavour is dough, bubble gum and spicy rye. Spritzy carb.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack intensiv hefig fruchtig, leicht alkoholisch, leicht würziger Abgang.
